I came to thinking about squatting here the other day, and how much I love it. For those of you that doesn't know what squatting is, then this will pretty much explain it all:

Basically it's a free-weight excersise that is really great for your body, because it hits so many spots. If you are thinking about going into weightlifting, then this is definitively an excersise you should consider.
squatting is so fuckin hard.... willpower is the most important thing!
ReplyDeleteSquatting is a great exercise, used to do mad squatting back in my gym days.

ReplyDeleteI prefer assisted squatting when i do choose to squat, though I usually just do leg presses. Nice video though. It helps.

ReplyDeleteUsed to squat in my TaeKwonDo course, but I stopped that course a long time ago.. I should probably start doing a little more exercise since I'm sitting down a lot haha.
